Drip. Drizzle. Dollop.

Sometimes, it’s the little things that matter. A warm smile, finding some spare change, or tasting that perfectly paired dipping sauce – and we’re not thinking about ketchup. Yes, we know it’s so much easier to pull open the fridge and grab out a ready-made dressing, but our latest collection of condiments gives you five good reasons to upstage the mayo.

Vinaigrette. It’s the base of many salad dressings and is a simple emulsion of oil and acid – typically three parts oil, one part acid. If you’re making your vinaigrette in advance, give it a good shake up before using, as it will separate.

Ranch. Who doesn’t love a good ranch dressing? Add it to burgers, mix through potato salad, dip your chips in it – there is nowhere it doesn’t belong. And when you add avocado, things only get better.

Chermoula. Herby, chunky, and packed full of flavour, you are literally only seconds away from this Mediterranean-style mixture. It’s perfect for white meats, but can also be used as a marinade for grilling cuts, tossed through a Greek salad, or stirred through stews.

Dips. To be honest, no one really needs convincing on this one. Dips are here to stay, and the only question that remains is – which one? We suggest you try this fresh new take on our old favourite – Minty Feta & Pea Dip.

Dusts. Herb dusts are your secret weapon. Essentially, you take a bunch of dried herbs and blitz till you get herb dust. Simple, but oh-so-effective. You’ll be putting herbs on everything.
