As El Gusto is a global website, all payments are shown in US dollars. If you are paying in a different currency such as AUD, NZD or GBP the amount coming out of your account will be different to your invoice due to the exchange rate.

A $48 (USD) gift card covers a 6 month subscription, while a $90 (USD) covers 12 months.
If paying with PayPal:
Your new details need to be entered into your PayPal account rather than directly on our website.
When you login to your PayPal account, you need to go to ‘Money’ and then ‘add new card’ to add it to your account. Then to make sure this card is used for El Gusto payments you need to: go to settings – my money – auto payments – manage auto payments – click on the El Gusto line (shows as UBT NZ or Wyevale) – payment method – change – select the new card and confirm.
If paying with Stripe:
Go to www.elgustoglobal.com and click the person icon in the top right corner as pictured. . This will take you to ”my account dashboard“. Click on ”payment methods” and update/add your new payment method here.

This usually means your subscription has expired and you’ll need to resubscribe via the UBT portal. Resubscribe here (scroll to the bottom of the page for your regional link).
As part of the transition to UBT, previous subscriptions were cancelled, and new ones were created automatically. Occasionally, a glitch meant your new subscription wasn’t set up correctly. Please email [email protected] and we’ll reactivate your access.
If your UBT One login email is different from your El Gusto email, a new account may have been created instead of linking to your old one. Please email [email protected] and we can merge your accounts.

Sometimes emails go missing, but this won’t affect your access. As long as your UBT and El Gusto emails match, you can log in with your usual details.
Your El Gusto login details remain the same, provided your UBT One email and El Gusto email match.
You should have received an email prompting you to set up a new password. If not, please contact [email protected] for a password reset.
During the transition to UBT, existing subscriptions were cancelled and replaced with new ones. You’ll receive an email when it’s time to renew via the UBT portal.
All subscriptions were set to expire at the end of their payment cycle as part of the transition. Please resubscribe via the UBT portal.
The payment you saw was likely for your previous subscription. Renewal reminders are sent seven days before expiry. Please still complete your UBT resubscription to keep your account active.
The transition to UBT is happening in batches. Your subscription should be moved over within the next month or so.

Your subscription is linked to the UBT One email used at checkout. If your husband’s email was used, it’s attached to his account — but don’t worry, you won’t be charged twice. If you’d prefer it under your own email, contact [email protected] and we’ll transfer it back.

Yes! Contact [email protected] and ask them to add your El Gusto email to your UBT household profile before purchasing. This ensures your accounts sync properly and your favourites stay intact.
