Put all ingredients in a food blender and whiz until you have a smooth paste.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, then put into a sealable container.

Chill until required.
Note
Keeps for 48 hours.
Perfect pairing with the soda bread…In fact the pate was so delicious, I put it on hot toast!! It would go with so many things!
