  1. Cook the meatballs according to packet instructions.

  2. While the meatballs are cooking, spread out the dip or cream cheese on a serving platter or board, top with meatballs, a generous drizzle of mint sauce and sprinkle over the pinenuts and fresh mint. Serve immediately with torn Lebanese bread, hummus, olives, cucumber and radishes.

    Extremely easy and delicious. Perfect for a rushed weeknight dinner.
    I couldn’t find lamb meatballs at any supermarkets so bought kofta, cooked them until they were crispy on the outside and cut them into meatball size.
