Quick & Easy Whipped Feta Dip

Place feta, cream cheese, garlic, lemon zest and salt in a food processor. Blitz on high for 10 seconds or until quite smooth, scraping down the sides once.
FOR THE TM: Place feta, cream cheese, garlic, lemon zest and salt in Thermomix and blitz for 10 sec/speed 9, scraping down the sides once. -
With the motor running, slowly pour the 3 tablespoons olive oil through the feeder then blitz until the dip is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
FOR THE TM: Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil through the feeder then blitz for another 10 sec/speed 9 until the dip is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. -
Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil with honey in a small bowl.

Spread feta mixture on a shallow bowl or plate. Use the back of a spoon to create swirls for the honey mix to pool in.

Drizzle the honey over the feta mixture. Sprinkle with pistachios, parsley and chilli flakes to serve.

Can you freeze this dip?
Yep!! Whipped feta can be frozen! This dip can be stored in the freezer for up to three months. To thaw, simply place it in the refrigerator overnight.
Delicious! I used olives instead of the pistachios
