East meets West Braised Pork Shoulder
Ingredients
Instructions

Once mixture has boiled, transfer all to an ovenproof dish and cook for 2 hours or until very tender.

Garnish with spring onions. Serve over noodles or steamed rice.
Rave reviews from the whole family! Served with rice noodles and stir-fry veggies, it’s super simple to make and very tasty. This recipe will definitely become a regular on the menu.
Very simple and tasty! Highly recommend.
Delicious! I covered the dish with tinfoil when I put it in the oven to stop it drying out.
delicious! needed a little more salt for flavour. I did it ahead and froze it to later serve with brown fried rice and toppings. The only thing is I needed to thicken the sauce a little just before serving as it was quite watery to serve as a sauce.
