–        Source some branches of wattle maybe from some trees in a nearby bush.

–        Get some cream lightweight fabric and every couple of metres tie a large knot.

–        Make sure you start and end with a knot.

–        Lay the fabric on the table and in between each knot, place a placemat down.

–        Arrange wattle in the centre of the table.

–        Leave a little wattle to place on each plate.

–        Gather your cutlery and a few metres of hessian ribbon.

–        For each setting, bunch a knife, fork and spoon together and tie with some hessian, then place a little spray of wattle.

–        Arrange the plates, napkins and cutlery around the table.

–        Place some wine glasses at each setting.
