
Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F. Wrap forks in baking paper and curl streaky bacon around them. Cook in oven until crisp; cool then remove from forks and free flow.
Cool, then freeze in an airtight container. When ready to serve, pull the amount you need from the freezer and re-heat in moderate oven until warmed through.
