Instructions

  1. Mix sour cream with burrito/taco spice mix.

  2. Place the avocado, 1 tablespoon of the olive oil, half the lime juice, and a pinch of salt to a food processor or high-speed blender. Purée until completely smooth.

  3. Spread the smooth avocado on a tray or baking paper, then spread sour cream mix on top.

  4. Add salsa and grated cheese.

  5. Finally, add salami cubes and top with coriander leaves.

    Highly recommend – very tasty. If serving in a bowl, refrigerate the sour cream mixture in advance so it sets; top with avocado, salsa & fresh toppings.

    Served alongside Mexican Chicken as the ‘dip/sauce’….
    Personally think its lovely with diced chorizo on top to go alongside the ‘mexican’ theme!
