Quickly cooked beef mince in a rich and creamy sauce with pasta. A one-pot meal all the family will love, and ready to serve in under 45 minutes.

Instructions

  1. Bring a skillet to high heat and brown the mince; season it with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium then add the diced onion and sliced mushrooms. Cook for a further 3 minutes or until ingredients are cooked through.

  2. Add minced garlic, parsley, paprika, extra salt and pepper and cook until fragrant, approximately 1 minute.

  3. Add the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, cream and pasta. Simmer for another 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked through.

  4. Once the pasta is soft, add in the cream cheese and sour cream, gently stir through.

  5. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve immediately.

Note

Any pasta shapes can be used.
