Place unripe bananas on a parchment lined baking sheet and stick them in a preheated oven. (300 degrees F, 150 degrees C)
Check bananas after 30 minutes, and if they’re black and soft to the touch, they’re ready. Make sure you cool the bananas completely before using them in recipes.
