Gently mix your choice of seasonings into the mince, then shape into 10 even-sized balls. When ready to cook, place 3-4 balls onto the barbecue plate, top each with a wrap, and using a smasher or your hand, press down to flatten the wrap onto the mince, spreading the mince out to nearly the size of the wrap. Cook 2 minutes, then flip carefully – the mince should stay, cooked onto the wrap. Top with a slice of cheese and cook 1-2 minutes further then remove and keep warm. Keep cooking until all mince and wraps are used.
4 Serve the smash burger tacos with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and burger sauce.
