On a medium-hot barbecue plate, extra-large wok, or frying pan, heat a little olive oil and stir-fry the chicken and vegetables for 6-8 minutes or until chicken is almost cooked. Add the noodles and fry for 2 more minutes.
2 Whisk together the marinade ingredients. Add the marinade and fry another couple of minutes until cooked through and fully coated. Serve immediately.
