Mix sour cream with burrito/taco spice mix.
Place the avocado, 1 tablespoon of the olive oil, half the lime juice, and a pinch of salt to a food processor or high-speed blender. Purée until completely smooth.
Spread the smooth avocado on a tray or baking paper, then spread sour cream mix on top.
Add salsa and grated cheese.
Finally, add salami cubes and top with coriander leaves.
